Therefore if you are unhappy with any purchase made from FletcherOnlineServices.Com , we offer you the simple option to return our product for a full refund or alternatively credit at our online store to the same value.

We kindly ask that all RETURN or STORE CREDIT requests adhere to the below requirements:
-    RETURN or STORE CREDIT is requested within 7 days of confirmation of delivery from our highly skilled distribution partners.
-    Products are returned in original unused condition within 7 days of receiving confirmation of return from our team.  

To RETURN or EXCHANGE an item, please mail our friendly customer service team at Fletchersite.com  to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please include the below details in this email for our team to speed up the process.
-    Order Number
-    Items being returned
-    Reason for the RETURN or EXCHANGE
-    Confirm if you would like to RETURN or EXCHANGE the relevant item.

After receiving your RMA number place the item securely in its original packaging, with all original documentation and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the packaging.
It is then required for the package to be delivered to the advised return delivery partner.

REFUNDS:
Once we have received the returned goods and confirm the items original unused condition, please allow 7 days from receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange.
The REFUND will be affected through the same payment method the original ordered payment was made.

EXCEPTIONS:
We sincerely regret that any SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged          

LOST, DEFECTIVE & DAMAGED ITEMS:
Oops! We sincerely apologize if you ever receive damaged or defective goods, or don’t receive your goods at all.
Mistakes could happen but we commit to providing a fast, convenient solution, so please contact us as per the RETURNS PROCESS and we will replace your order at no additional costs.

WHO PAYS FOR DELIVERY OF RETURNED ITEMS:
REFUND: A return fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS: No additional fee’s will be applied.
